EDI Options is open for business as we continue to do everything possible to serve our customers and our community.
We’re providing total service to our customers while doing our civic duty through remote work and observing necessary social distancing. We continue to provide superior technical services now supplemented with advice on adapting to changing circumstances and our best insights into the state of the supply chain. Our insights come from worldwide customers spanning overseas manufacturers, domestic importers, retailers, and freight consolidators, forwarders, and distributors. These insights have customers looking to us to inform on the supply chain and advise on current best practices.
Our task right now is to serve and advise by staying in contact and sharing information with the worldwide members of our trade community. Similarly, we stay abreast of changes in technology services to be sure critical services will be available when business is ready to resume. We are looking ahead to when business will need to ramp up quickly and are ensuring our ability to serve our customer’s needs completely and quickly.
